Join a small group of women for an unforgettable and powerful weekend of personal exploration, leadership development, and mind-body healing, including daily meditation sessions, writing workshops, writing hikes, 1:1 feedback and more.
This transformational immersion will help you refocus your creative energy and find motivation in a safe and uplifting community. We will look at the creative life from all angles and reclaim our ability to see our lives as what we, not the world around us, creates and nurtures. Jen will teach leveraging her expertise in personal leadership training, yoga and qigong, and writing.
