No matter our journey in life, we can all find empowerment through self-reflection and creative expression.

I offer writing coaching, meditation and yoga instruction. I work closely with a limited number of clients each year to craft customized, holistic services that help you to achieve your creative goals, grow stronger mentally and physically, and move beyond blocks.

I have found creative fulfillment in my own life through writing and mind-body practices, and it is my great honor to pay it forward.

My creative services (free and paid) are designed to help others refocus the energy once spent in less productive ways. My clients have gone on to write and publish books, stories, and cultivate a daily mind-body practice that works for them.

  • Want to write a book or short story?

  • Remove stress and find creative fulfillment?

  • Incorporate new, healthy routines in your life?

I work with clients one-on-one to help them achieve their creative goals. Reach out for a free 30-minute consultation.

I do offer free meditation and writing workshops for nonprofits on a limited basis.
